|Pete Moore | Founder and Managing Partner
Pete is the Founder, Managing Partner and Chief Dream Architect at Integrity Square (“ISQ”), an early-stage growth equity investor and the leading boutique financial advisory firm serving the Health, Active Lifestyle & Outdoors (“HALO”) sector.
Since opening ISQ in 2010, the firm has assisted in over 40 merger & acquisition, private placement and advisory assignments In North America, Europe and Asia including transactions with (or for) LA Fitness, Spectrum Clubs, Gold’s Gym International, Space Cycle, Urban Active, Massage Envy, Crunch, ClubReady and numerous private equity firms.
ISQ currently oversees investments backing passionate entrepreneurs at HigherDOSE, XTEND, GRECO Fitness, Promotion Vault and Keri Glassman’s Nutritious Life. In addition, ISQ has a broad network of HALO consultants and advisors placed throughout the sector.
Prior to founding ISQ, Pete was Head of the Active Lifestyle & Wellness Group and Co-Head of Private Equity Coverage at Sagent Advisors Inc., since late 2003. Prior to joining Sagent, in 2000-2003, Pete was a co-founder and CFO of FitnessInsite, a web-based member relationship management software firm with over 1,500 clients (based in Arizona), at which he invested all of his capital, leveraged his credit cards and learned the hard way on what is takes to manage a successful small business. As he typically states: “Experience is what you get, when you don’t get what you want”…then following up with: “those who take power have power, those who ask for power never get it.” Pete brings a unique and refreshing approach to starting and managing new ventures and has real-life experiences to help entrepreneurs on their complicated path to success.
Earlier in his career, Pete was a Senior Associate at Brockway Moran & Partners, the equity group who owned Gold’s Gym International, Inc.; an Associate at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette; and an Analyst at Chase Securities. Pete graduated Emory University (BBA 1994) and Harvard Business School (1999). While at HBS, he co-founded IRON PLANET, the leading B2B auction site for used heavy equipment which is being sold to Ritchie Bros for $758 million, a deal which will close in Q2 2017.
He also is rumored to have been the Intramural Athlete of the Year at Emory University in 1993.

|Richard Pyle | Managing Director
Richard draws on over 25 years of finance and management experience in the health, fitness and wellness, and international businesses, with a focus on growing small- to medium-sized businesses.
Former Chief Financial Officer at Town Sports International, a global leader in health club operations, quoted on the NASDAQ (“CLUB”) since 2006. As a key team member, Richard helped build the business from $5 million to $500 million in revenue with over 8,500 employees, international operations, and over 160 locations within the U.S. In addition he led the successful 2006 IPO, as well as over $1 billion in both public and private debt and equity financings throughout his 20+ year career with Town Sports.
Involved in the acquisition of over 60 businesses both in the U.S. and Europe. In addition, Richard has worked in the capacity of board member with Wilton Brands, a $600 million leader in the U.S. craft industry; Petrus Brands, a fast-casual restaurant franchise with over 200 locations in the U.S.; as well as in the leisure industry at Juliana’s PLC, a British public company.

| Matt Spielman | Chief Performance Officer
Matt has worked as senior executive for over 20 years in sales, marketing, and business development roles. These roles have been in the fields of technology, digital media and entertainment for both startup and Fortune 500 organizations.
Matt is the founder of Inflection Point Partners, a strategic advisory practice that specializes in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance optimization, sales strategy (revenue coaching) and team effectiveness. Through his work, he has seen the transformative effect that executive coaching and leadership development can have on employees, their teams, and their organizations.
Matt recently served the role as the Chief Revenue Officer of We are The Mighty, a digital media company producing content that celebrates the service of the military. He continues his work as a strategic advisor to the organization.
Matt served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Return Path, a global marketing and technology company he helped found. In addition to his leadership role across the organization, he launched the Consumer Insight division, providing clients consumer purchase-level data to make more informed decisions.
As SVP of Strategy and Innovation for Moxie Interactive, a digital media agency within the Publicis Groupe, Matt led the L’Oreal USA digital relationship. He focused muc of his work on introducing digital innovation across L’Oreal’s portfolio of brands that had traditionally looked to TV and Print for their messaging.
Prior to his time working within the Publicis Groupe, Matt spent six years at MTV Networks (MTVN), a division of Viacom, where he helped deploy marketing initiatives that leveraged the entirety of the portfolio of properties and across all mediums. He also co-led the launch of a venture capital initiative intended to propagate innovation across the firm. Matt began his tenure at mtvU, MTV’s college network acquired to reach the college audience.
Before joining MTVN, Matt served as an executive at IAG Research. IAG, acquired by Nielsen, measures advertising performance. Matt advised senior level marketers and their agencies on the effectiveness of their efforts and made recommendations to optimize their results.
Matt began his career at Morgan Stanley as a financial analyst in fixed income.
Favorite Fitness Activities: Matt, a former NCAA Division I Baseball standout, is passionate about running and cycling, having completed a number of marathons and triathlons. He recently studied to become a certified personal trainer, and is active in high intensity fitness training.

|Stephen Dawahare | Managing Director
Stephen became part of the Integrity Square team at its founding in 2010. Since 1994, Stephen has combined his extensive business background with his entrepreneurial spirit to find success in a wide range of business ventures.
Stephen began his career as a successful commercial and residential real estate developer and then joined an early stage company in the business-to-business ecommerce space, PurchasePro, to join the senior management team focused on sales & marketing. Within four years, PurchasePro became one of the leaders in the b2b ecommerce sector and ultimately went public where it was the second best performing IPO in 1999. Stephen then launched iVisionary in 2000, a successful venture firm based in Kentucky which held interests in companies across various sectors. Stephen has been an investor in several companies which have been sold to strategic buyers and private equity firms with recent transactions that include Gold’s Gyms of Birmingham, Dever Inc., Fan Outfitters, and others.

| David Zalkowitz | Director
David joined Integrity Square at its inception and has over 18 years of combined professional experience in strategic consulting, banking, asset management and start-up ventures.
Prior to Integrity Square, David was a Consultant, Associate Director at Corporate Debt Advisors (2009-2010), a provider of corporate credit advisory services to borrowers and investors within the leveraged loan market. Previously, David was a Senior Credit Analyst at CIFC Asset Management (CFIC) (2005-2008), a leading buy-side asset manager of senior secured leveraged loan portfolios. At CIFC, Mr. Zalkowitz provided investment analysis, made portfolio recommendations, and monitored the financial performance and covenant compliance of more than 100 middle-market and broadly syndicated credits across multiple industries. Before CIFC, David provided consulting services to start-up ventures in the publishing, application software, and wireless technology fields (2001-2005).
David began his career in leveraged finance as an Analyst, and later Associate, at JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPMC) (1994-1999), where he received formal bank credit training. At JPMC, David spent the majority of his time executing syndicated bank loan financings for private equity clients involved in leveraged buyouts, mergers & acquisitions, and recapitalizations. Examples of private equity financed transactions that David completed at JPMC include Twinlab Corporation, The Vitamin Shoppe, and KinderCare Learning Centers.

|Rosa Alaimo-Quinn | Chief of Staff
Rosa joined Integrity Square in April 2013 and focuses on business development, private equity coverage and industry research. Rosa was previously the Director of Market Intelligence at Sagent Advisors Inc.
She joined Sagent at its founding in 2003 and was responsible for all aspects of market intelligence for the firm. In addition, Rosa managed the Research and Presentations team, a group that provided transaction support for the firm’s advisory and private placement operations. During her time at Sagent, Rosa was also a member of the Strategic Opportunities Group, which developed targeted acquisition ideas for the firm’s private equity and corporate clients.
Prior to joining Sagent, Rosa was the Compliance Officer of a private investment advisor. Rosa started her career at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in May 1995. She was a member of the M&A Business Development Group at DLJ which developed acquisition opportunities for the firm’s private equity and corporate clients. Rosa is on the Advisory Board of Animal Haven, an animal shelter in SoHo; the of Treasurer of Friends & Angels: The Tracy Vicere Foundation, an organization that supports pediatric cancer patients; and the Co-Chair of the Mentoring Committee for the Women’s Bond Club, the oldest women’s financial network.

|Nikki Roe | Vice President of Business Development
Nikki joined the Integrity Square team in early 2018, bringing 15 plus years of experience in the health and fitness industry.
Her career in fitness began in membership sales at a boutique all-women’s facility, where she realized her passion for helping people achieve healthy goals. She went on to join a widely-known consulting group, the National Fitness Business Alliance, becoming the Vice President of Operations. During her time with that team, she built an extensive network of health club operators and fitness vendors, gaining an in-depth understanding of what operators needed to be successful in the space. In 2007, she applied that knowledge with the industry-leading technology company ABC Financial, helping provide club management solutions to a significant number of fitness organizations. Her dedication to furthering customer excellence led her to vice president roles overseeing the client and franchise management teams, where she established lasting relationships with several of the industry’s most recognized leadership and brands.

Donna Cyrus joined Integrity Square as an Operating Executive in August 2016. Previously, she was the senior vice president of programming for Crunch. Since 1998, Donna has made significant contributions to the field through the creation
Recognized and awarded in the fitness industry for her ability to find, create and cultivate programs and talent, Donna has discovered some of today’s most notable fitness brands and personalities. She discovered and mentored the founder of Zumba Fitness, Beto Perez, while in Miami and with her knowledge and expertise helped to create a worldwide brand.
During her time at Crunch, she has served as producer and designer of numerous top selling videos and most recently created the groundbreaking Crunch Live which brings Crunch’s signature classes blending exercise and entertainment to the consumer market.
Donna has designed the Programming for Madonna’s gym chain ”Hard Candy Fitness” She continues to oversee all Group Fitness programing for the clubs in …Sydney Australia, Santiago ,Chile, Rome and Milan Italy ,Mexico City, Moscow and St Petersburg Russia and Berlin Germany.
Donna continues to actively present and lecture on group fitness and upcoming trends at key fitness conferences throughout the world. She is also a member of the prestigious IDEA Program Director Committee.
|David Fowler | Operating Executive
David joined Integrity Square as an Operating executive in April 2016. For seven months, he assembled the operating team and worked with investors to purchase a 15 boutique franchise fitness company founded by Tony Greco and Paolo Fiorin.
Post-acquisition, David is the President of Greco Fitness based in Ottawa Canada.Prior to ISQ, David spent the previous nine years as Executive Vice President at Gold’s Gym International, where he drove the day-to-day sales and operations of 151 corporate-owned gyms while growing the company four fold. Previously, David was the Chief Operating Officer at Crunch Fitness. At Crunch, he completed a nationwide merger of four different brands for the company. Earlier in his career, David was instrumental in branding and growing the Equinox Fitness Clubs brand from its first state-of-art clubs and spas throughout New York City for seven years. David has sat on the Board of Directors for four different companies and has served as a consultant for several different businesses in the Fitness and Hospitality industry. David is married to his wife Kara for 23 years and has three wonderful children.

|Lindsay Weeks Junk | Operating Executive
With a specialty in building sales and operational systems for health & fitness companies and over 20 years of industry experience, Lindsay has served in several executive positions for companies such as 24 Hour Fitness, Yoga Works, and Tru Fusion.
Lindsay has also served as a partner in her own venture, RLJ consulting which is a full-service firm working with studios such as Bar Method, Soho Yoga, Unplug Meditation, Undisputed boxing, Crunch Fitness and UFC gyms.
Lindsay believes in providing unique and personal service focused on helping members see results. Building communities and creating relationships inside of studios and gyms is a top priority for Lindsay as well as creating simple duplicable systems for growth.
Earning a B.S. in exercise science, food science and human nutrition from University of Hawaii, Manoa, Lindsay was a Division 1 Cross Country Athlete and a distinguished six-time Ironman finisher and age-group champion as well as a former Category 1 professional mountain biker. Lindsay now enjoys staying active with her three kids and working out in a variety of boutique fitness and yoga studios.

Tom serves as an Operating Executive with Integrity Square, advisors to entrepreneurs and executives in the health, active lifestyle, and outdoor sectors.
Tom Johnston is Chief Energy Officer of TJ Coaching, specializing in Leadership Coaching and Business Consulting. Tom is a Certified Positive Psychology Practitioner, whose together we win spirit, and highly effective systematic approach, empowers leaders to increase their effectiveness and the people they lead.
Previously, Tom was Chief Operating Officer at American Leisure & Abigail Michaels Concierge. During his tenure, he was a key member of the leadership team with executive steering and strategic accountability. He oversaw the operations of 75 unique lifestyle, leisure, fitness and recreational facilities.
Tom was also the lead consultant for the $20 billion, King Abdullah University of Science & Technology (KAUST), the first international co-ed university in Saudi Arabia. He was responsible for creating, branding, and assembling the team to deliver life changing fitness and wellness programing for the KAUST community. He has also served as a subject matter expert in the design of Lifestyle Amenity Spaces for some of the most respected real estate developers in NYC.

Prior to joining Integrity Square, Elizabeth spent eight years as an International Equity Analyst at OppenheimerFunds, Inc. focusing on the consumer, retail and healthy living industries.
As the sole research analyst driving Oppenheimer’s $1 billion Quest International Value Fund, Elizabeth was responsible for coverage of nearly 80 portfolio companies spanning an array of industry sectors and representing over 25 countries outside of the United States. Traveling the world to meet face-to-face with executive management and visit multibillion-dollar production facilities, Elizabeth advised on strategic initiatives and gathered insight on industrial and retail trends. Prior to joining Oppenheimer, Elizabeth was a European Equity salesperson at Societe Generale.

|Eric Cantor | Board Director
Eric joined Integrity Square at its inception. Eric is an experienced entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial leader who has spent the last fifteen years on the cutting edge of technology and business.
Eric has established, managed, funded and advised startup mobile and Internet technology companies, and worked with nongovernmental organizations in developing countries. In 1995, he co-founded an Internet Service Provider in the Washington, DC area called Internet Interstate, which was acquired for $7 million USD by Verio, Inc. , where he subsequently led regional marketing efforts and e-commerce product management after the company’s initial public offering and until its acquisition by NTT of Japan in 2000. Eric later served as Vice President of Business Development at BuyDomains.com, a domain name marketplace acquired in an $80 million USD transaction by Highland Capital and Summit Partners in 2005, which later became namemedia.net. Eric served in a variety of positions at Acumen Fund, a social investment fund working in India and Africa, and established a technology program to enhance the automation of pro-poor businesses. More recently, he led the establishment of the Application Laboratory in Uganda aimed at leveraging the power of the mobile phone to reach underserved communities
